The 33rd anniversary of Joyfident
Building good windows, benefiting people, we have celebrated the 33rd anniversary of our company. To express our gratitude to all the employees for their hard work, and to enhance team cohesion, the company organized a unique team-building trip to Dongdai River. During the two-day and one-night itinerary, everyone worked together to watch the sunrise, participate in tug-of-war competitions, clean the beach for environmental protection, enjoy a seafood feast, and have a fireworks party, leaving behind countless laughs and emotions.
"Happy departure, safe return" was our slogan before departure. Early in the morning, all the company's partners got on the tourist bus, which was equipped with a karaoke system. Throughout the journey, everyone enthusiastically performed singing. There was laughter and joy all the way.
After half a month of rain, the weather became clear at the moment of arrival. The magnificent sea still had a few clouds that had drifted away. The sunlight shone just beneath our feet.
Warm sunlight, cool sea breeze, the tug-of-war competition officially began! Teams composed of various departments were all ready to compete. With the referee's whistle, the team members tightly held the long rope, kicked the sand beach with their feet, and leaned backward, exerting all their strength. The cheering and shouting from the sidelines were continuous, and sweat and smiles intertwined, demonstrating the powerful strength of teamwork.
In addition to the collective tug-of-war of the large group, there were also activities such as running together with the same purpose, passing handkerchiefs, singing parties, and sand sculpture.
As night fell, the seafood feast arrived as promised! The entire table was filled with fresh seafood such as crabs, prawns, clams, scallops, and oysters, all steaming and exuding a fragrant aroma. Everyone sat together, raising their glasses to drink and sharing the amusing stories of the day, discussing work and life. In the midst of the joyful laughter, they sent the most sincere wishes to the company on its 33rd anniversary.
After dinner, the company purchased Gatlin and other fireworks in bulk and distributed them to the employees, especially to the children of the employees. The whole family set off the fireworks, laughing and having a great time, enjoying endless joy.
As a responsible enterprise, while enjoying the gifts of the sea, we also take practical actions to protect this azure expanse. The next day, after everyone took photos at nearby scenic spots, they each held a garbage bag and, along the coastline, bent down to pick up plastic bottles, paper scraps, packaging bags, and other garbage with their hands, restoring the cleanliness of the beach with their own efforts. These small actions combined into a great force, demonstrating the team's environmental awareness and social responsibility.
This team-building activity in Dongdai River not only allowed everyone to relax their minds and bodies after a busy work schedule, but also strengthened the friendship among team members and enhanced the team cohesion. Over the past 33 years, we are grateful to have you by our side. As the journey ahead is long, we will continue to move forward together, with greater enthusiasm and a more united attitude, to create an even more glorious future for the company!
