Product process
Wood: Based on the production process card,blanking,cutting,milling,and framing are carried out.The wood of each door and window has been finely polished four times to make the wood surface smooth and delicate. Four-layer spraying can prevent moth,insect and mildew,prolong the protection time of the paint film on the doors and windows,make the surface of the topcoat smooth and translucent,show the natural texture of the wood,and prevent the paint from fading.
Aluminum: The aluminum of each window and door uses 6066-T5 1.8mm thickness aluminum profile with AkzoNobel electrostatic powder.The outer corner of aluminum is welded seamlessly,which is smooth and beautiful,with good sealing performance and no rain leakage when it rains.The drainage system adopts the most advanced hidden rear ventilation and drainage technology in Europe,realizing the functions of efficient ventilation and equal pressure cavity drainage.
Glass: Each window and door uses low radiation, Low-E, tempered glass. The standard configuration is 5G+12Ar+5G+12Ar+6G*Low-E.
